Terms of Service

Plans and billing

Services are provided on monthly plans, billed monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise. Advertising budgets are separate from plan fees and remain under your control.

Scope

Each plan lists what is included. Work outside that list is quoted separately before it starts, so there are no surprise invoices.

Ownership

You own your domain, your content and the accounts we set up in your name. Final delivered work is yours once invoices for that period are settled.

Cancellation

You may cancel a monthly plan with one calendar month's notice. We will hand over access to your accounts and assets.

Results

We commit to the work described in your plan. We cannot guarantee specific search rankings, follower counts or sales figures, and we will never claim otherwise.
